► Where do we deliver?

We currently offer shipping to many countries worldwide. However, please note that product availability and shipping eligibility may vary depending on your destination country.

Due to supplier and warehouse restrictions, some items may not be available for delivery to certain countries (for example, a product may be available in Germany but not in Spain).
Unfortunately, our system does not yet automatically hide these items based on your location.

If an item is ordered but cannot be delivered to your country, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for that product.

► What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on where you live. Your package is usually shipped within 12 to 48 business hours maximum and delivered in 20 to 30 days in the USA. If you live in another country or overseas, this period varies from 20 to 40 days
(These times do not take into account possible delays caused by administrative decisions such as: customs control, strikes, or other circumstances that are beyond our control).

► How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary from country to country. For example, standard delivery is five dollars in USA, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, South Korea and Japan.

► What are the delivery days?

Delivery is from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 5pm. If you are not there, the package will be left in your mailbox or will be delivered to your local post office or to the nearest point relay of your home.

Once the package is sent, we are no longer responsible for any delay on the part of the Post Office.

► Customs fees

Depending on your place of residence, and more mainly in the DOM TOM, Andorra and Monaco, customs fees may be requested by your deliverer and are in no way dependent on our will.
